Customer hit a kerb at low speed. Driver-side door scraped, front quarter panel dented, no mechanical damage. Comprehensive insurance, $750 excess.
What we did
- Day 1: photos and assessor lodgement, courtesy car arranged
- Day 2: assessor approval, parts ordered
- Day 3 to 5: panel beat, prime, base, clear, bake
- Day 6: assembly, polish, hand-back
Cost
Total job $4,200 to the insurer. Customer paid $750 excess only.
