Written quote with parts price, labour, total including GST. You decide if we go ahead.

Work
We do the job. If anything changes, we stop, call you, agree, then continue. Never silent overrun.

Sign-off
Invoice matches quote. We hand back keys with the work explained. Warranty document goes in your file.
