What it does
- Answers common workshop questions (WOF, service, brakes, etc.)
- Quotes a ballpark price for the standard services
- Books a slot directly if you confirm a service and time
- Hands off to a human, by email, for anything it cannot answer
What it does not do
- It does not guess at a diagnostic problem. It refers those to a real tech.
- It does not negotiate price.
