How long does a WOF take?
Most WOF inspections take 45 to 60 minutes. Book before 10am and you can usually wait or drop and go.
Do you offer a courtesy car?
Yes, a small number of courtesy cars are available for full service and larger jobs. Ask when you book.
How do I pay?
We accept eftpos, all major cards, and bank transfer. Finance over 6 to 24 months is available on larger jobs through Q Card and Gem Visa.
What is covered by the warranty?
Twelve months or 20,000 km on parts and labour, whichever comes first. If something is not right we put it right.
Will you quote before starting work?
Always. You sign off a fixed quote before any parts are ordered, and the invoice matches the quote.
Can you do insurance panel work?
Yes. We handle insurance work directly with the assessor and keep you updated through the job.
Do you service electric vehicles?
Yes. We carry EV diagnostic tools and run battery health checks for common models such as the Leaf.
Where are you and is there parking?
Newmarket, Auckland 1023, with free on site parking for 8 vehicles and a train station a 5 minute walk away.
